I illustrated this book mark a month or two ago and finally got around to printing it. I generally have lots of books in process at a time, so I wanted a lot of bookmarks for them, without spending a lot of money. I also have been trying to do some short fun projects to improve my digital illustration. The owl genie was originally supposed to be a set of two or three types of owls, but because I’m so busy, that will have to come later. I have also been thinking about doing some bug or fish bookmarks.

I enjoy being able to practice art through different mediums, including digital. It’s fun to take a sketch and move it from an idea to a digital illustration A while back, I created a bunny illustration.
